In our case, it seemed like we were starting with the same problem over and over and over again. The amount of time and effort required for a careful review of these data to identify critical status events can be so prohibitive that the assessment of these events is often incomplete or inaccurate. This, in turn, can compromise the integrity of the program results and/or necessitate iterative programming runs to completely identify and eliminate all negative status events.
